There is a Marijuana 'drought' in Dutch Sint Maarten, and many feel that there's been a major bust that has not been reported by the authorities. There are many theories to the drought, considering that it is happening on only one side of the island. Some feel that it is an artificially induced drought for dealers to sell off their old weed, and to raise the prices.
This seems to happen about once per year, so we'll see how long this one lasts. :)
